Good news!

I'm very excited to report that quite a few good things have happened in the past couple days!!

1. I got the cake topper! It's smaller than I thought, but still AWESOME!

2. I got my veil! Matt wasn't home yet, so I tried it on, and aside from a few wrinkles, it's FABULOUS! I love it! I can't wait to try it on with my dress :)

3. And the best news...JCCC just called me and they are letting Jess and I take the calligraphy class afterall! YAY!! I know you were all worried, but you can relax now...your invitations will be addressed in style. :)

Oh, and it's FRIDAY! Doesn't get much better than that!! Mom and I are meeting with a florist tomorrow, and Matt and I are *supposed* to go to Mia's to look at tuxes (and shoes!!), so hopefully come Monday I will have lots more good news to report! Here's hoping for a successfull wedding weekend!!

More Inspiration

Remember a while back when I posted that awesome "Inspiration Board" that fellow Realie BartlesToBe made for me? (if you don't remember click here to see that post) Well, today on my lunch break I made one of my own!! Now I must add a disclaimer here...it's not the best. Some of the pictures are a little fuzzy, and it doesn't include EVERYTHING I wanted it to, but I only have a 30 minute lunch break people, this is the best I could do. I actually do like it though, it's neat to see all of my thoughts and plans all put together in one place. :) So...what do you think?

On a happier note...

I am still super bummed about the calligraphy class, but feeling a little better after seeing these AMAZING shoes...Oh. My. Gosh. I HAVE TO HAVE THESE. Aren't they fabulous?!?! I am now even more motivated to drag Matt to the formalwear store to look at suits, because said formalwear store just happens to be next door to Mia's Bridal, where they just happen to carry these beauties. :) If I end up with these puppies you better believe I will dye them an amazingly bright color (either coral or hot pink...which one do you think??).

Oh how I love shoes.........

I spoke too soon...

I knew I shouldn't have posted so soon after registering for that class...

Turns out it's already full, so we can't take it afterall. :(
