Website is FINALLY up to date!
Well, next I discovered the ability to make a free website on Google...who doesn't love Google?! So, I made this bad boy. It started as more of a bio, with every little detail about the wedding on it, but once the Blog came about, it evolved into more of an informational site-since I blab about every little detail on here.... Also, once the blog came about I pretty much forgot the darn website ever existed and never got around to updating it.
But that is no longer the case! As of today, the Wedding Website is up-to-date and full of lots of pictures & information about our special day. It doesn't give away too much (like it originally did), because I'd hate to spoil the fun for everyone! I took the link to the blog off as well, since I pretty much divulge every single detail on here. So you lucky ones who already had the blog site are now few and far between (hopefully).
Anyway, just had to share my great accomplishment of the day. :)
P.S. I also played with centerpiece ideas over the weekend...post coming soon...stay tuned!

Koozie, anyone?
When I was looking through the websites, I came across about a MILLION different sayings/graphics that you can choose from, so I thought I'd share a few of my favorites :)
(by the way, these all came from one of the following 3 websites - but I don't remember which ones came from which - Kustom Koozies, Dollar Imprint & Custom Ink)
Perfect for a Bachelor/Bachelorette Weekend :)
The ever-popular Daisy :)

What a Weekend!
I'm so happy these are finally on their way!! Now I just have to decide what the guys will wear...
2. Decided on Flower Girl Dresses. another FINALLY!! Jen and I have been going back and forth via e-mail for the past week trying to decide which dresses to go with. And we finally decided! The girls will be in Mori Lee style 533:
in coral, with an ivory sash (and it has an adorable bow in the back...at first I was weary of the whole bow thing...but it's grown on me :)
And just for fun...here are some pictures of the Cu-tee-pies just like I promised! :) This is them in a dress similar to the one we're going with...but not quite the same. Aren't they adorable!!!
3. My favor boxes came in!! Yay for craigslist!! As I mentioned the other day, I got 50 of these bad boys for $20. Not too shabby! They are a little tricky to put together...but I'm sure my MOH and I can figure it out! ;) Here's a (not so good) pic of the one I put together so far...

Seriously, aren't these the cutest little boxes ever!! I love them. And while I was at it...I took a fake Gerber I had laying around the house and made a make-shift favor box, going with the idea from earlier:
Yes, I realize the flower is a million times to big...but you get the idea. These will be so cute for my shower!!
4. Mom is starting to go through old pictures for me, and scanning them onto her computer, so that they can be included in our Video Montage. It is so much fun going through old pictures!!
5. Last but not least, I ordered the first part of my bridesmaid's gift!! I won't post a pic, since I'm sure they'll see this post at some point...but just know that they are super cute, and I got them at a great deal! I love the internet. :)
So for once, I get to check a few things off the to do list. Now of course there are plenty of things to add in their place, but that's ok. Keeps me busy at work. ;) hee hee

Inspiration
So...I've mentioned the message board I frequent, RealBrides, right? Well. One of the girls on there, "BartlesToBe" (who also has a cool wedding planning blog, listed over there on the side under Blogs I Follow), has apparently been doing a good job of paying attention to all of my nonsense posts about my wedding, because on my lunch break today when I checked the boards, she had created THIS for me:
It's an "inspiration board" where you put several different elements together to create a common theme...sort of like an interior designer would do. I would say that the future Mrs. Bartles did a fantastic job! That of course is the dress the bridesmaids will be wearing, along with my lovely coral color and gerber daisies, and she also added a pretty darn cute pair of shoes! The tan suit was what started this whole thing, I was asking for advice on what color suit or tux the groomsmen should wear. From the looks of this bad boy I think tan will be great!!So anyway, just wanted to share this awesome little bit of inspiration. :) As soon as I figure out how she made this, I will certainly be putting together several of my own. THANKS BART!!
